咖啡種類一：Espresso濃縮咖啡</div>

在西元二十世紀初，住在意大利拿坡里附近的一位“急性子工程師”，因爲對滴漏煮咖啡的時間過長感到不耐煩，所以在等待時間想出一個方法，以高溫，高壓的方式煮咖啡以縮短時間，於是發明了全世界獨一無二的意大利咖啡快速調理，Espresso 也開始風行。</div>

這位急性子工程師發明的意大利快速調理方式，不但可以節省煮咖啡的時間，而且煮出的咖啡風味香醇濃郁，因此被意大利人稱爲 Espresso 來紀念這位工程師的發現。Espresso 念起來很具意大利藝術氣質，但是在意大利文中所代表的意思卻很簡單，就是“快速”、“壓力之下”。</div>

咖啡種類二：Cappuccino卡布奇諾</div>
<div>
由於Cappuccino上的奶沫帽酷似天主教卡布基教會教士所穿的披風上的帽子，並由此得名。將Espresso、牛奶和奶泡按比例調和，使Cappuccino少了Espresso的苦，多了奶泡的香醇滋味，這使Cappuccino擁有更容易被接受的口味。</div>

咖啡種類三：Latte 拿鐵</div>

Latte在意大利文中就是牛奶的意思，與Cappuccino的不同在於，Latte擁有更爲濃郁的奶香，大量的牛奶和奶泡充分調和了Espresso厚重的味道，使其口味變得溫順，可以作爲初嘗咖啡者的首選推薦。</div>

咖啡種類四：Mocha 摩卡</div>

Mocha在意大利文中意爲巧克力，Cafe Mocha自然就是巧克力咖啡的意思了。當香醇的咖啡、濃郁的牛奶和甜膩的巧克力三者完美地結合在一起時，任何人都無法抗拒她那誘人的魅力。</div>

咖啡種類五：愛爾蘭咖啡</div>

愛爾蘭咖啡的發明人是都柏林的一個酒保，酒保在都柏林機場邂逅了一位女孩，可能是一見鍾情吧，酒保非常喜歡空姐。他覺得她就像愛爾蘭威士忌一樣，濃香而醇美。可是她每次來到吧檯，總是隨着心情點着不同的咖啡，從未點過雞尾酒。</div>

這位酒保擅長的是調雞尾酒呀，他很希望她能喝一杯他親手爲她調製的雞尾酒。後來他終於想到了辦法，把他覺得像女孩的愛爾蘭威士忌與咖啡結合，成爲一種新的飲料。然後把它取名爲愛爾蘭咖啡，加入Menu裏，希望女孩能夠發現。</div>

只可惜這位女孩跟你不一樣，她並不是細心謹慎的人，所以一直沒有發現愛爾蘭咖啡。酒保也從未提醒她，只是在吧檯內做他份內的工作，然後期待女孩每隔一段時間的光臨。後來她終於發現了愛爾蘭咖啡，並且點了它。</div>

你知道從酒保發明愛爾蘭咖啡，到女孩點愛爾蘭咖啡，經過了多久?</div>

整整一年。</div>

當他第一次替她煮愛爾蘭咖啡時，因爲激動而流下眼淚。又因爲怕被她看到，他用手指將眼淚擦去，然後偷偷用眼淚在愛爾蘭咖啡杯口畫了一圈。所以第一口愛爾蘭咖啡的味道，帶着思念被壓抑許久後所發酵的味道。而她也成了第一位點愛爾蘭咖啡的客人。</div>

那位空姐非常喜歡愛爾蘭咖啡，此後只要一停留在都柏林機場，便會點一杯愛爾蘭咖啡。久而久之，他們倆人變得很熟識，空姐會跟他說世界各國的趣事，酒保則教她煮愛爾蘭咖啡。直到有一天，她決定不再當空姐，跟他說Farewell,他們的故事才結束。</div>

Farewell，不會再見的再見，跟 Goodbye不太一樣。他最後一次爲她煮愛爾蘭咖啡時，就是問了她這麼一句：Want some tear drops?</div>

因爲他還是希望她能體會思念發酵的味道。</div>

她回到舊金山的家後，有一天突然想喝愛爾蘭咖啡，找遍所有咖啡館都沒發現。後來她才知道愛爾蘭咖啡是酒保專爲她而創造的，不過卻始終不明白爲何酒保會問她：“Want some tear drops?</div>

沒多久，她開了咖啡店，也賣起了愛爾蘭咖啡。漸漸地，愛爾蘭咖啡便開始在舊金山流行起來。這是爲何愛爾蘭咖啡最早出現在愛爾蘭的都柏林，卻盛行於舊金山的原因。</div>

空姐走後，酒保也開始讓客人點愛爾蘭咖啡，所以在都柏林機場喝到愛爾蘭咖啡的人，會認爲愛爾蘭咖啡是雞尾酒。而在舊金山咖啡館喝到它的人，當然會覺得愛爾蘭咖啡是咖啡。</div>

因此愛爾蘭咖啡既是雞尾酒，又是咖啡，本身就是一種美麗的錯誤。</div>

知道爲什麼整整一年沒有人點愛爾蘭咖啡，那位空姐最終成爲第一個點愛爾蘭咖啡的人麼?</div>

因爲酒保製作了雙份的咖啡單，只有空姐點咖啡時給空姐的咖啡單上面有寫愛爾蘭咖啡，而其他的咖啡單上沒有，所以其他的客人是點不到愛爾蘭咖啡的。也是因爲這個故事，愛爾蘭咖啡有個別名叫做：天使的眼淚。</div>
