500人每人出資3000元，衆籌一家咖啡館，消息在有關平臺上一經推出就吸引了諸多關注。記者瞭解到，截至昨日中午，不足3天時間裏已有108人報名，其中近一半人已交付誠意金。</p>

衆籌咖啡館並不鮮見，但盈利的卻寥寥無幾。這家咖啡館是初生牛犢不怕虎，還是商業模式的創新?這種衆籌模式在揚州能否存活?又能走多遠?</p>
<p>
衆籌 咖啡館有500位股東</p>
<p>
開一家咖啡館需要150萬，這筆錢對於個人來說，是一筆巨資。可是，如果把這150萬分成500人投資，每人只要出3000元，你願不願意成爲其中一員?</p>
<p>
昨日，記者登錄“揚州衆籌網”，頭條顯示爲“揚州500人咖啡館衆籌預約中”。衆籌日期爲6月12號至8月12號，截至昨日中午，已有110人報名參加，其中46人交付了意向金。</p>
<p>
楊自安是“500人咖啡館”衆籌項目的召集人。他的身份是揚州一家風險投資公司的老總。</p>
<p>
“才4天的時間，已有100多人報名。”楊自安稱，發展勢頭出乎他的意料。目前咖啡館選址還未定，但基本設想設在西區。將來，每一名參加衆籌的人士，除了喝咖啡享有折扣外，還有咖啡館的一份股權。</p>
<p>
按照規定，參加衆籌項目的投資人，每人需繳納600元的誠意金。“如果沒有達到衆籌的目標，或者反悔，將退還意向金。”楊自安說，還有一套備選方案，萬一不到500人，比如只有250人，但如果每人願意將投資金額由3000元提升至6000元，也算作咖啡館衆籌項目成功。</p>
<p>
昨日，市電子商務協會祕書長鬍貴揚認爲，從真正能夠落地角度看，這個500人咖啡館衆籌是我市首個具有可操作意義的衆籌項目。</p>
<p>
目的 不只是爲了簡單賣咖啡</p>
<p>
3000元的入股資金，這對很多人來說並不算難事，但面對目前市面上衆多咖啡館林立的局面，咖啡館經營狀況不盡如人意，這個衆籌咖啡館能成功嗎?</p>
<p>
楊自安說，早在自己有衆籌咖啡館想法之初，就已經到北京、南京、杭州等地進行了實地調研。得出的結論是衆多衆籌咖啡館開不下去的原因是他們僅僅是一家咖啡館，而揚州的不一樣。“與普通的咖啡館單純賣咖啡不同，我們的目的是將衆籌咖啡館打造成一個交友的平臺。”</p>
<p>
去年，楊自安花了一筆不菲的支出成爲世界華商會員，並參加了北京華商大會。在現場，他萌生了一個想法：“這麼多人來北京開會，到底是爲了什麼?不就是想通過華商大會這一平臺，認識更多的人脈，尋找到更合適的合作項目嗎?”</p>
<p>
一個好漢三個幫，這句話對於楊自安來說還有着更深的理解。</p>
<p>
2013年，做了多年船老闆的楊自安面臨着轉型挑戰。往哪轉?楊自安想到了“上網”。</p>
<p>
2013年12月，楊自安成立了“門口街網絡科技有限公司”，意圖搭建一個門戶網站，專門從事本地特色商品的電子商務。然而，半年後，這個網站關門打烊，宣告了楊自安首次闖蕩互聯網江湖以失敗告終。楊自安認爲，“自己一人單打獨鬥，坐井觀天，是一個重要原因。”</p>
<p>
從北京華商會回到揚州後，楊自安立刻着手咖啡館的籌建工作，希望能找到志同道合、且有一定實力的合作伙伴。“衆人拾柴火焰高。今後大家在這喝咖啡，可以碰撞出火花，找到新的合作投資項目和投資渠道。”</p>
<p>
觀點 一種大衆創業孵化的模式</p>
<p>
目前報名的110人來自各行各業，互相之間也不認識。</p>
<p>
胡進，是已交付誠意金的投資人之一。他告訴記者，自己是一位酒吧從業人員，投資3000元參加這個項目，是爲了積累人脈資源，積攢創業經驗。“我自己是有創業的想法，投資3000元做這家咖啡館的股東，也是爲了瞭解咖啡館運營相關知識，爲自己今後創業打下基礎。”</p>
<p>
和胡進一樣，另一位投資人胡立斌投資這一衆籌項目，也是爲了“積累人脈資源，看是不是有合作項目”。</p>
<p>
根據計劃，咖啡館內包括商務接待、產品展示等等，“我們設想還經常邀請一些專家來作交流，比如，銀行行長、諮詢專家等等。”在楊自安看來，投資3000元，就算分紅也分不了多少錢。“我們想把這咖啡館打造成‘車庫咖啡’的概念。”</p>
<p>
“實際上，楊自安探索的是一種大衆創業孵化的新模式。”市電子商務協會會長凌春山說，衆籌咖啡館未來的目標定位相當於“風投”。對於一些在咖啡館討論出的好項目，咖啡館可作爲一個投資人，加以扶持、孵化，並在項目中佔有一定股份，當企業項目發展壯大後，則會將一定比例的利潤設立爲咖啡館創業孵化基金，用以扶持那些新的創業者。</p>
<p>
“但是，風投的要求也很專業，不是搭一個草臺班子就能算數的。”凌春山認爲，就眼下來說，要把500人咖啡館打造成一個衆籌標杆，還有許多不確定性因素，當然這並不妨礙探索熱情，至少這個新事物在揚州有了起步。</p>
