	　　綠色的高原和一望無際的茶園，是外國人對中國最深刻的印象。中國作爲世界上最大的茶葉生產國，這一點是衆所周知的。一提到中國的傳統飲品，首先就會想到茶葉。但是，目前的中國想要改變這種現狀，她現在希望向世界強調中國還盛產另外一種飲料：咖啡，中國分佈着衆多咖啡種植基地。北京明確地表示其希望成爲全球主要的咖啡製造商，成爲世界上銷量最大的咖啡。</p>
<p>
	　　中國的咖啡樹主要生長在雲南省，那裏恰好也是中國最好的茶葉種植地之一。原產於也門的咖啡，是在19世紀後期由法國的傳教士帶到了中國的西南地區並加以推廣。但是由於缺少銷售市場，目前中國的咖啡種植仍然是小範圍的。直到在1980年末，政府決定給咖啡種植提供一個發展空間。在1998年，中國的咖啡產量624萬千克，但是在今年，咖啡產量9000萬千克，幾乎與哥斯達黎加的產量持平了。</p>
<p>
	　　近年來中國咖啡銷量的持續上升態勢，已經成功地說服許多農民相信咖啡是限制條件最少，而且經濟效益最高的作物。而且，中國人也開始慢慢迷戀上咖啡的味道了，但是，就目前的狀況來看，中國消費者的喜好對於咖啡擴展的影響幾乎是可以忽略不計的。根據國際咖啡組織(ICO)發佈的統計數據顯示：在1998年，中國本土的咖啡銷量大約是19.9萬袋，每袋咖啡的重量約爲60千克，而到2012年，中國的咖啡銷量增加到110萬袋。從現在到2020年，中國國內每年的咖啡銷量的增長速度約爲12.8%，到2020年可以達到280萬袋(每袋60千克)。中國咖啡種植發展的另一個動力來源就是：不斷增長的全球需求量。在2014-2015年間，全球咖啡的供求缺口約爲890萬袋，每包重量60千克。</p>
<p>
	　　中國咖啡的生產與消費</p>
<p>
	　　中國認爲自己有足夠的實力能夠同世界兩大咖啡生產巨頭相抗衡：巴西和哥倫比亞，他們的產量分別是512萬袋和125萬袋(每袋60千克)。這兩個國家的咖啡總產量約佔全球產量的50%以上。亞洲的越南則憑藉羅布斯塔咖啡(robusta)的種植，在世界咖啡生產中也佔據了舉足輕重的地位，這種咖啡的香味相對沒有那麼濃厚，是一種用來生產速溶咖啡的較低品質咖啡豆，咖啡的產量約爲293萬袋。</p>

	　　Volcaf 是一家在活躍在中國市場的瑞士咖啡商，該公司的一位負責人表示：&ldquo;爲了實現這一目標，在未來五年內，中國將使其咖啡全球產量增加一倍。&rdquo; Volcaf 也將與中國本土的咖啡製造商雲南思茅阿拉比卡星咖啡公司(SACCO)達成合作，建立一個咖啡生產的合資企業，提高雲南咖啡的質量，並使其更加適應商業化生產。北京也有跨國咖啡公司，如雀巢，在中國的咖啡行業已經有了二十多年的歷史了。</p>

	　　雲南作爲新產地 需要很長的時間來佔據一席之地</p>
<p>
	　　許多專家認爲，中國的阿拉比卡(arabica)咖啡要想達到拉丁美洲的水平，在世界咖啡生產佔據一席之地，還有很長的一段路要走。Volcaf 表示：&ldquo;中國的阿拉比卡咖啡作爲世界咖啡家族的相對較新的品種，其質量的提高也使其將被越來越多的製造商接受。&rdquo; 阿拉比卡咖啡豆以輕巧的形體和芬芳的果香聞名於世。國際咖啡交易商和烘焙商表示，產自中國雲南省的阿拉比卡咖啡豆，已成爲歐洲阿拉比卡咖啡的主要混合原料，主要用於製作卡布奇諾和濃縮咖啡。但是雲南作爲咖啡的新興產地，需要很長的時間在世界咖啡產地中佔據一席之地。我們的目標是讓全球咖啡製造商瞭解中國政府和農民的努力，從而使中國成爲咖啡生產的全球供應商。</p>
