	　　在品種上，咖啡樹主要分爲兩種：一種是阿拉比卡，另一種是羅布斯塔。阿拉比卡咖啡多產於中巴西等南美洲熱帶地區，豆形較小，咖啡因含量較低，價格較高。</p>

	　　羅布斯塔產於非洲中西部及東部的馬達加斯加島，還有亞洲的印度尼西亞，豆形較大，咖啡因含量是阿拉比卡的兩倍左右，價格較低。</p>

	　　世界上大約75%的咖啡是阿拉比卡，但只有10%是能用做高檔咖啡店使用的咖啡。</p>

	　　製作卡布其諾，意式濃縮咖啡、熱奶和奶泡三者的分量應該是相同的(1:1:1)，而泡拿鐵熱奶的分量就比較多(1:2:1)。拿鐵口感更綿密細膩，而卡布其諾則微微發乾。</p>
