朦朧的燈光，柔美的音樂，空氣中瀰漫着咖啡的清香……90後女孩廖鋅，帶着自己對咖啡的熱愛回到萬州，每月爲市民舉辦一次咖啡分享會。昨日，她說，她喜歡家鄉的愜意生活，也想讓更多家鄉人瞭解咖啡文化。</div>

心繫萬州難捨故鄉情</div>

23歲的廖鋅，是一個土生土長的萬州人，骨子裏有股愛拼搏的闖勁。2014年，廖鋅懷揣着對未來的美好期許，獨自一人前往重慶學習咖啡製作。</div>

和其他外地工作者的艱辛不同，廖鋅的工作之路比較順暢。兩個月的學習完成後，她在南岸區順利地找到一家精品咖啡店，進口的咖啡豆、高檔的製作器具、優美的環境……在這家店裏，廖鋅學會了如何區分各種咖啡生豆，對咖啡的各種風味也有了進一步的認識，也結交了許多志同道合的好友。</div>

在一次偶然的機會下，廖鋅進入一家貓咪主題咖啡店打工，經過不斷的打拼，她從最開始的服務生成爲吧檯長，最終升級爲店長。“大到與商場洽談合作，小到店內使用的紙巾，上到大廳做服務，下到廚房做披薩……每一件事我都要親力親爲。”廖鋅告訴記者，在這家店裏，自己慢慢發展成了全能人才。</div>

然而，廖鋅站得越高，就愈發孤獨，思鄉之情也更加濃烈。就在事業蒸蒸日上之時，2015年11月，她毫不猶豫地辭去工作，毅然回到萬州。</div>

因爲對咖啡的熱愛，回到萬州的廖鋅再次選擇了咖啡行業。“當時，我和現在的老闆想法比較一致，都想做一個純粹的咖啡店，所以立馬就決定在這裏工作了。”廖鋅說，在輕鬆的工作環境，做自己喜歡的咖啡，是一件非常舒適的事情。</div>

“萬州的咖啡行業發展很快，但很多市民並沒有接觸到真正的咖啡文化，作爲一名咖啡的狂熱粉，我想讓更多的人接觸到咖啡，所以就決定每月舉辦一次咖啡分享會，讓市民深入瞭解咖啡。”廖鋅說。</div>

在咖啡分享會中，廖鋅不但自己爲參與者們介紹咖啡的種類、實際操作等，有時還請來臺灣老師傳授知識。爲了讓參與者們切身體會到咖啡的微妙，廖鋅會讓他們親自嘗水果的酸甜，再品味咖啡細膩的味道。每次舉辦這樣的咖啡分享會，不但吸引了萬州本地的市民，而且外地的朋友也會專程前來參加。</div>

“在每次咖啡分享會上，看到很多熱愛咖啡的市民來參與，聽到他們對分享會的稱讚，我都特別高興，也讓我有了繼續在咖啡之路前行的動力。”廖鋅說，萬州是一個生活節奏緩慢的城市，而沖泡咖啡也是一個慢工出細活的事情，兩者的結合是一個很美妙的事情。</div>

想開家自己的咖啡店</div>

萬州的大街小巷，都能勾起廖鋅的美好回憶。“萬州是生我養我的地方，見證了我的成長，陪我度過無憂無慮的學生時光。”廖鋅說，回到萬州後，孤寂的遊子心得到了安撫。</div>

廖鋅不僅熱愛咖啡的細膩，也喜歡運動帶來的酣暢淋漓。每週，她都會沿着長江夜跑，站在濱江路邊，看着璀璨明亮的燈光將夜空染得色彩繽紛，她都會感嘆萬州的美麗。</div>

如今，拿到SCAE歐洲咖啡精品協會感官中級證書的廖鋅依然在鑽研咖啡製作。“咖啡是我的精神糧食，一定要用心把最好的咖啡呈現給大家。”她說，對於未來，她打算開一家精品咖啡店，將自己喜歡的木藝、陶藝和咖啡結合起來，親自沖泡每一杯咖啡，讓進店的顧客感受純粹的咖啡文化<br />
