<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial;"> 該聯盟去年向臺北市府申請大安區裏活動中心這棟公有建物的屋頂。聯盟利用<font face="Arial">10</font><font face="宋體">多坪大的公共空間，在半年前的初春，開始種植各式蔬菜、植物，並在一個多月前起，和附近約</font><font face="Arial">10</font><font face="宋體">家咖啡館商家拜訪，回收其各家咖啡館的咖啡渣，成爲零成本的肥料。</font></span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial;"> 該聯盟成員施佩吟說，一開始他們挨家挨戶、到各大大小小咖啡館發傳單。有些咖啡館不知道咖啡渣還可當肥料，有的怕咖啡渣放久了會發臭，原本要拒絕，後來他們準備可密封的箱子，才讓店家放心。</span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial;"> 施佩吟說，現在聯盟約一週<font face="Arial">3</font><font face="宋體">天，會去這些咖啡館收集這些咖啡渣，接着搬到屋頂菜園，並倒入一旁的偌大容器，等發酵</font><font face="Arial">3</font><font face="宋體">個月後成爲肥料。</font></span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial;"> 聯盟成員虞葳是這“餿主意”的發想人。虞葳笑說，“這咖啡渣太肥了！”大安區內的咖啡館很多，連帶地咖啡渣數量非常多，而咖啡渣內含氮及微量元素，是很好的天然肥料，對一些葉菜類作物很有益。虞葳進一步用鐵絲、布袋做成裝咖啡渣的圓柱體狀的容器。虞葳說，因爲頂樓的溫度很高，就算加入一般廚餘，也並不需要擔心會有老鼠、蟑螂跑進容器裏來。</span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
