談及星巴克在國內廣大受商務人士和白領階層的追捧，不少人都不能理解其背後的原因。近期，有媒體曝出星巴克有在中國抬高價牟取暴利的嫌疑，消息一出即引起了公衆的廣泛關注。</p>

日前，《經濟參考報》記者實地走訪了數家星巴克門店並隨機採訪了部分消費者，發現相關咖啡產品的價格一般在30元人民幣左右，不少接受採訪的消費者認爲星巴克“有點貴”，只是偶爾會消費一次；也有個別消費者表示該價格尚在可接受範圍內。</p>

家住美國紐約的咖啡愛好者陳先生告訴記者，真正的咖啡愛好者在美國很少喝星巴克。實際上，星巴克咖啡通常對技術工藝並不太講究，它針對的客戶羣體不分層次，亦不分人種，是人人都能喝得起的。</p>

有媒體報導稱，星巴克在北京的價格高於東京、紐約、香港、倫敦等城市。一款在倫敦售價3 .81美元的星巴克咖啡到了北京價格則變成了4.81美元，提升了26%。同樣小杯的在國內售價爲27元的咖啡，在美國售價約合人民幣18元。</p>

另外，中國星巴克比美國等地貴的不僅是咖啡。星巴克出售的馬克杯，加上關稅及運輸成本漂洋過海後，美國的售價卻比中國還要便宜1/3。有消費者發現，一款從美國西雅圖一家星巴克購買的馬克杯，稅後價格爲10.9美元(約合人民幣66.7元)，而類似的馬克杯在國內售價爲100元左右。值得一提的是，這款在美國購買的馬克杯標明的是“中國製造”。</p>

<strong>星巴克：回應質疑拋出“成本說”</strong></p>

記者查閱星巴克2013財年第二財季報告發現，報告期內，星巴克中國/亞太地區營收同比增長22%，至2.136億美元，營業利潤爲6830萬美元，營業利潤率爲32%。另一方面，美洲區利潤率爲21 .1%，歐洲、中東及非洲營業利潤率爲1.9%。由此可見，中國及亞太區的營業利潤率遠高於歐美。</p>

對此，星巴克中國公司向《經濟參考報》記者發來回應稱，星巴克在財報中反映的3個大區的業績是每個地區中所有市場的合併財務報告。一個地區的利潤率受到很多因素的影響，並不能夠從大區的合併報表中直接推導出某個市場的數據。</p>

星巴克表示，與其他國家和地區相比，星巴克在中國市場的運營成本和市場動因是完全不同的。因此，對比星巴克在中、美市場的價格差異並不是一個基於同一維度的比較。</p>

星巴克還稱，定價是基於對各種原料設備、基礎建設投入、物流運輸、員工薪酬福利、租金及匯率等各種運營成本的綜合考慮。此外，成本也是動態變化的，受到本地市場動態的經濟環境、行業的價格區間等變量的影響。和美國市場相比，中國市場尚處於發展的早期階段，在此階段有很多基礎設施建設的投入，且中國的門店數量也比美國市場少很多，也就是整體規模較小，使得某些成本相對較高，如物流、倉儲等。</p>

<font> 物料成本方面，有業內人士表示，作爲星巴克咖啡的主要原料，咖啡豆雖然是由企業在全球國際化採購後運往美國進行烘培，然後將咖啡豆運往各地，加上跨國物流成本以及約15%的海關關稅，實際折算到每杯咖啡上的咖啡豆成本也十分有限。</font>此外，近幾年全球咖啡豆價格一路走低，目前市場上較高品質的熟咖啡豆價格大致爲每千克100元。</p>

運營成本方面，包括員工薪酬福利及租金等，業內普遍認爲，星巴克在中國的投入應遠遠遜於其他國家和區域。根據國際貨幣基金組織官方網站於2013年4月發佈的各國生產總值預測數據，2013年，中國內地人均GDP爲6629美元，遠落後於美國的51248美元，以及英國的38002美元。收入的巨大差距表明，星巴克在中國的人工成本投入應遠遠低於美國和英國。</p>

中國消費者協會新聞與公共事務部主任任靜告訴記者，星巴克的產品定價屬於完全市場競爭範疇，不存在隱瞞價格信息等欺詐行爲，並不涉及公共利益，因此從價格法的角度並不存在違法行爲。但是，消費者在消費過程中因信息不對稱，而導致對品牌效應的“盲從”不值得鼓勵。</p>

一些品牌營銷人士認爲，從上世紀80年代中國經濟實行對外開放起，通常進口產品被認爲高質量和高檔次，並能夠反映一個人的社會地位。這就造成了目前不少中國消費者“媚俗”的消費習慣，高價非但不是消費的障礙，反而成爲一種吸引力。另一方面，這也暴露出我國同類高端品牌競爭力不足的現實。</p>

對於日前越發熱烈的關於星巴克應在國內降價的討論，西南政法大學民商法學院副教授杜江湧表示，“咖啡作爲一種普通消費品，其價格應通過市場自我調節，而非用其他手段干預。而消費者也不要盲目追捧，過度炒作一些名不副實的品牌和產品。理性消費觀的樹立非常重要。”</p>
