在一場政府部門與創業者面對面的座談會上，區域負責人問創業者“最需要什麼”，創業者的回答竟不約而同：“能不能在園區開個星巴克?”</p>
<p>
創業者要的並不是星巴克，而是星巴克所代表的咖啡館文化。爲什麼創業者喜歡咖啡館?咖啡館背後有着怎樣的祕密?記者來到素有“咖啡館一條街”之稱的楊浦區大學路一探究竟。</p>
<p>
咖啡，只是個媒介</p>
<p>
大學路，800米左右長，有40多家咖啡館、創意餐館，而且還在不斷增加。就在8月，又有一家Do Coffee開門試營業。</p>
<p>
在創業者眼中，咖啡館是孕育新點子必不可少的場所，不少團隊一呆就是一下午。每家咖啡館有什麼品種，是什麼味道，創業者如數家珍。兆言網絡CEO趙斌從硅谷歸國創業，大學路是個重要因素。“好幾個老美來上海拜訪公司，發現大學路居然有美國最新款的‘冰滴咖啡’，立馬愛上了這裏。”</p>
<p>
爲啥創業者愛喝咖啡?“咖啡只是個媒介，可以讓人坐下來碰撞和交互。通過價值、資源、信息的互換，一起創造新東西。”創客空間開發者姚淨行說。楊浦知創投資發展公司總經理杜鵑認爲，網絡和微信永遠不能替代人和人面對面的交流，而大學路恰恰爲思想碰撞準備了足夠多的載體。</p>
<p>
“咖啡館一條街”變成了創業者頭腦風暴、創意迸發的“創客工場”，也成爲投資人和創業團隊腦力激盪的“風暴場”。僅這點，就讓全市其他科技園區頗爲羨慕。不少園區按照工業區思路規劃，別說咖啡館，就是生活配套設施都很缺乏。“一棟棟封閉的大樓，怎麼吸引創業者?”在這裏，還擁有不同階段企業所需的辦公空間：最小的，是衆創空間，租1個桌子也行;稍大的，可以去大學路兩側的創智坊，80平方米左右的LOFT; 再往後，是創智天地企業中心、科技中心，面積從幾百、幾千到上萬平方米都有。也就是說，一條路濃縮了企業的生命週期。</p>
<p>
有咖啡，不等於能創業</p>
<p>
“咖啡館一條街”並非自發形成，它是創智天地規劃時專門開闢的一條路。一頭連着復旦和財大，一頭連着園區，讓知識和產業連接。大學路的紅火，也非一蹴而就。十年前，少有學生願意創業，儘管有了一流硬件，卻沒有目標人羣，創智天地冷冷清清，大學路因人氣不足，變成了運動品牌折扣店一條街。</p>
<p>
初衷，並沒有因此放棄。創智天地開始着手培育創業創新文化。比如，設立孵化器，建IPO Club 創業咖啡館，組織各種創業沙龍和活動，甚至在高校開設創業課程。十年後的今天，大學生的創業熱情從2%增長到20%。</p>
<p>
這時候，就需要創業外包服務，包括企業設立註冊、投融資服務、法律服務、會計服務等。“大學路要成爲創業一條街，就要讓創業者和各類創業資源在這條路上交匯、融合，使之產生化學反應，這是關鍵的關鍵。而觸發這種融合的有效途徑之一，就是咖啡館和餐館。”上海市雲計算創新基地總經理楊苓說。</p>
<p>
爲了讓大學路的氛圍更濃厚，真正成爲創業者交流的場所，在楊浦區相關部門、五角場街道和瑞安集團多方努力下，2012年率先允許大學路咖啡館露天跨門營業，並對業態進行調整升級。“爲了跨門營業的事，區裏專題會就開了很多場。”一位親歷者回憶。創新，就是把不可能變成可能。</p>
<p>
咖啡街，爲啥非來不可</p>
<p>
當街上有了咖啡館和孵化器，如何才能讓創業者“非來不可”?大學路的原型在硅谷，斯坦福大學旁邊就有一條大學路，那是一批批知名IT公司的創業發祥地，也雲集了一批著名的風險投資公司。不妨看看硅谷經驗。硅谷是創業者的聖地，全球頂尖創業者每隔一段時間必來此“朝聖”。因爲，只有在硅谷，才能讓創業者獲得“補給”。</p>
<p>
創業者需要的補給，至少有三種。一是資金補給，也就是科技金融服務;二是信息補給，也就是潛在合作機會和思想交鋒;三是產業補給，就是上下游的合作伙伴。“大學路就是要做創新加油站，要努力提供這三種補給。”楊苓說。</p>
<p>
政府的職能是營造環境，實際上，真正能爲創業者“加油”的是企業，包括上下游的企業，以及提供各類服務的企業。既然如此，大學路只有進行產業聚焦，把“對的人”吸引過來，讓目標人羣“非去不可”。經過產業研究，楊浦聚焦IT、雲計算、大數據領域，關注相關領域的創新。一批大數據公司陸續落戶，更多同類企業紛至沓來。大學路成爲細分領域創業者高度集聚的高地，很快形成核心競爭力。從咖啡館一條街，到創業服務一條街，到產業集聚一條街，大學路今天的創新創業氛圍，濃縮了楊浦多年的探索。</p>
<p>
隨着“科創中心22條意見”等政策發佈，大學路也成爲升級版創業園區的樣本，咖啡館則成爲新型園區的“標配”。</p>
<p>
“下一步，大學路要成爲創智天地乃至上海的創新軸，還會聚攏更多不同體制、不同方向的‘衆創空間’和服務機構，創客們將有更豐富選擇，讓這裏真正成爲創業者靈感的孵化地、交流地、展示地。”楊浦科技創新公司董事長官遠發說。</p>
