你肯定覺得莫名其妙，因爲這還用問嗎?全國人民都知道，中國移動是全球最大的運營商，是土豪有的是錢，廣告無處不在，營業廳遍佈全國，投錢建網花錢放號不亦樂乎。</p>
<p>
你說的不錯，這的確是中國移動，不過是五年前的;現在的中國移動，已經開始轉行了，而且是打算進入競爭更加激烈的餐飲業。這不，作爲中國移動的獨立子公司，咪咕公司就於上週末在蘇州成立了首個O2O模式咪咕咖啡店。中國移動這是要做啥呢，難道是當土豪時間太長了，腦子秀逗了?</p>

按照咪咕董事長劉昕的說法，咪咕是要引領咖啡3.0，打造一站式連鎖休閒體驗店。“如果說隨時隨地喝上一杯咖啡是咖啡1.0，在舒適的環境裏品味咖啡就是咖啡2.0，咪咕咖啡希望做的是，引領咖啡3.0，也就是融合咖啡文化+舒適環境+業務互動的O2O體驗平臺，打造一站式連鎖休閒體驗店。”</p>
<p>
咪咕咖啡1號店選擇開在蘇州，就是希望走近高校，打造真正屬於年輕人的娛樂生活大本營。咪咕咖啡是對用戶業務體驗和娛樂方式的全新改變，也是對咪咕“改變·方式”理念的詮釋。咪咕咖啡還將打造創客空間，不僅可以提供聚會交流的平臺，還可以給你孵化夢想的空間。</p>
<p>
用戶通過進店前的門頭LOGO與體驗遊戲，點餐時的美顏咖啡機，就坐後的席卡+餐前遊戲+IPAD，4G+WiFi的上網體驗，到多功能互動屏+主題牆+貨架的立體式休閒，可以充分感受到不一樣的咖啡3.0時代。據透露，未來咪咕咖啡計劃於2016年底前在北京和五個子公司所在地開設5-10家店，進一步擴大開店的規模和形態，包括獨立主題店、咪咕小吧、Mini店等多種形態。</p>
<p>
有人說，土豪動是在不務正業瞎折騰，但實際上，中移集團和咪咕的老闆們非常的清醒，他們充分認識到了當前的困局。運營商受到互聯網OTT以及智能終端廠商的兩頭擠壓，日子已經是很難過了，甚至有不少大佬紛紛跑路。他們想要改變，想要創新，但央企的條條框框實在是太多，改變太難了。</p>
<p>
正如中移動前董事長奚國華所說的那樣，要想改變大環境是很難，但在中移這個體量的央企中，自己創造個小環境還是可能的。而咪咕正是中國移動內部生生造出的“小環境”。據之前媒體有報道，中國移動集團將爲咪咕公司注資104億元，分三年撥付，其中2015年注資71億元。</p>
<p>
今年亞洲CES展上，咪咕文化公司發佈了“咪咕+”戰略， 整合了音樂、視頻、遊戲、閱讀、動漫五大數字內容資源。並提到咪咕文化將充分利用自身的線上線下推廣資源，並嘗試各種方式建立線下體驗專區、體驗店，同時與各渠道商深度合作，提供產品封裝能力，讓手機、PC、平板、家庭電視、車載音響。</p>
<p>
知名行業專家馬繼華也指出，運營商渠道咖啡館的趨勢在數年之前就已經初現端倪，他還爲了專門撰文進行了闡述，但很遺憾並沒有得到運營商高層的重視。但在多年之後，這個已經變成了現實。</p>
<p>
其實，不僅僅是對於中國移動，包括中國電信和中國聯通在內，三家運營商在國內擁有大量的自有營業廳渠道，而且都是處於一些城市中的黃金地段。但這些營業廳該怎麼用，是用來辦些業務賣幾款手機還是想想是否可以做更多。在這裏，咪咕咖啡邁出了第一步。哪怕最終失敗，這也是個很好的嘗試。</p>
