	　　眼下，還有很多單一的咖啡廳和加盟的咖啡廳經營得很辛苦，租金成本，人工成本上漲壓力大。集合店式的咖啡平臺，既降低了企業銷售成本，也分攤了咖啡廳的成本壓力。周婉虹認爲，推而廣之，受互聯網衝擊的傳統店和企業，也可以通過跨界合作，降低營銷成本，來增加營收面，線上賣產品，線下做體驗店，來增加終端客戶的感受從而促進銷售。</p>

	　　國家提倡&ldquo;全民創業、萬衆創新&rdquo;，真要創業開個實體店，卻不是那麼容易。集合更多的創業者一起開店，既節省店租，又優勢互補&mdash;這種被稱爲&ldquo;複合經營&rdquo;的模式，如今有了新發展。它不再是水果店順便做鮮榨果汁，服裝店順便賣一下鞋和包包，而更強調的是供應鏈管理和資源的有效整合。去年起，廈門有了幾家複合式咖啡廳，有的將創意產品與咖啡結合，有的將服裝與咖啡結合，形成一種跨界合作，引導時尚，值得創業者借鑑。</p>

	　　一家咖啡廳，不只提供咖啡等飲品，還展售花藝、陶瓷等藝術衍生品以及工業設計產品。管理人員稱之爲&ldquo;集合店&rdquo;。</p>
<p>
	　　位於祥濱路的意品菲凡咖啡，鬧中取靜。店內裝修很典雅，靠牆壁一側，還有一些小商品供選購，如薰衣草護膚品、茶杯、創意產品類等。</p>
<p>
	　　&ldquo;我們主要通過跟合作伙伴強強聯合，對方負責設計生產，我們負責銷售，大家共同承擔一些成本。&rdquo;意品菲凡(廈門)商業管理有限公司執行董事周婉虹告訴記者，寄售商品只有一小部分，多數是合作銷售產品。</p>
<p>
	　　這家咖啡店以集合方式經營的產品，以藝術衍生品爲主，如花藝、陶瓷等，還有音箱等工業設計產品，都是市民消費得起的。互聯網也是他們主要的營銷陣地。</p>
<p>
	　　周婉虹說，這家咖啡廳，也採用了線上線下結合的複合式銷售模式。線下提供下午茶、花藝、文創品展示，線上是以工業設計、智能化產品跨城市銷售爲主。如在售的藍牙音箱、拒絕霧霾微型淨化器等功能性智能化工業設計產品，比較受年輕人喜歡，基本以互聯網消費爲主，線下主要是讓終端消費者體驗。</p>

	　　小小一杯咖啡，能量很大，甚至能串起產品的銷售。</p>
<p>
	　　周婉虹說，這家咖啡廳在設立之初，就是個集合會所，但定位不同。這家咖啡企業設立於2009年。當時，看到很多咖啡廳在快速擴張，忙着開加盟店和連鎖店，但合作人是想讓咖啡廳成爲一個企業聯盟平臺，但最初的定位，是走中高端路線，銷售的多是奢侈品，如紅酒、包包、服裝、飾品等。但這幾年，比較高大上的會所在走下坡路，此外線上代購的產生，使得高端產品市場難以拓展。</p>
<p>
	　　2013年起，&ldquo;意品菲凡&rdquo;改變了經營思路，秉持倡導生活美學。定期舉辦的藝術下午茶，書法、花藝、茶道等課程。他們還喜歡把平臺提供給創業團隊、設計師和藝術家，讓他們在這個平臺上去展現自己的作品，進而讓更多人近距離接觸更多的新思路、新產品。</p>

	　　&ldquo;過去一年，平均一個星期，我們這裏會有兩三場的企業分享活動，多數是創業團隊來做分享活動。&rdquo;周婉虹說，他們開放平臺，場地免費。</p>

	<strong>　　有共識還得培育市場</strong></p>
<p>
	　　記者瞭解到，在廈門，複合式經營咖啡廳，&ldquo;意品菲凡&rdquo;是第一家。去年起，廈門也漸漸有了幾家複合式咖啡廳，有的將創意產品與咖啡結合，有的將服裝與咖啡結合，形成一種跨界合作，引導時尚。</p>
<p>
	　　&ldquo;理念是好的，實際操作起來，其實也很困難。&rdquo;周婉虹說，總體來看，這個市場仍比較&ldquo;年輕&rdquo;。由於複合式經營管理人員要求綜合素質高，市場比較缺乏，需要增加成本和不斷的培訓，前兩年，他們一直在培養市場和專業團隊，今年纔開始有一些市場的認可和收穫。</p>
<p>
	　　周婉虹還提醒，想運營這樣一個集合平臺，對合作夥伴要求比較高。合作伙伴之間首先要有共識。因爲店開起來，更注重圈層的經濟效應，第一年很可能都是在投資和建設的過程，短時間效益不會顯現，但是後期會有爆發力，資源的沉澱和有效的對接，會形成合作夥伴營銷上的品牌資產價值的最大化，最終實現效益。</p>
