有一些初次創業的朋友總是很天真的認爲，只要我專注，把產品做到極致就一定能賺錢，這裏所說的專注，也是很多實體店所謂的專注，就是僅僅侷限在某一個行業或者某一品類。</p>
<p>
比如說，賣服裝的就單一的賣服裝，賣咖啡的就單一的賣咖啡，賣火鍋的就單一的賣火鍋，你可能會說，我專注把產品做到極致難道不好嗎?有錯嗎?</p>
<p>
並不是說不好，你也沒錯，但是有一天，如果你的同行在虧本賣產品，請問你還能堅持嗎?在所有的行業都存在競爭的時候，除非你有非常牛逼的品牌核心競爭力，但是恰恰很多人所從事的行業並不存在這種情況，即使你有很強的品牌競爭力也不一定賺錢。</p>

但是，我們再回過頭看看一些巨頭，比如，大家熟悉的蘋果手機，他做產品算是極致的吧，但是他僅僅賣手機嗎?當然不是，電腦，平板，甚至要賣汽車。還要小米，剛開始很多人都是公認的一個把手機做到極致起家的，但是今天，你會發現，他的商城上面不僅僅是手機，有幾十上百個產品。</p>
<p>
還有大家熟悉的360搞殺毒起家的，騰訊搞QQ起家的，但是今天他們僅僅是做殺毒軟件嗎?僅僅是做QQ嗎?所以，你會發現他們賺大錢靠的不是殺毒軟件也不是QQ，因爲這些都是免費提供給你的，而且免費還把產品做到極致。</p>
<p>
很多人可能會說，你說這些都太遙遠了，和我有什麼關係，現在我又不能做一個手機或者再做一個QQ啊，但是這裏面的思維是值得很多人思考的。</p>
<p>
他們都是通過一個極致的產品吸引用戶，然而賺大錢的都是靠其他的產品，而很多購買其他的產品的這些用戶正好是通過前端的極致產品吸引過來的，比如很多買小米電視的用戶基本上都是已經購買過小米手機的用戶，簡單的說就是用戶的價值最大化。很多人花100塊吸引來的用戶只賺了10塊錢，但是他們卻能花100塊錢吸引來的用戶賺取1000塊甚至更多。</p>
<p>
那麼關於用戶的價值最大化這句話對於很多玩實體店的老闆可能就不是很好理解了，我一個實體店，面積就這麼大，你不可能說讓我把所有的產品都搬到店裏面來賣吧，那不就成了一個雜貨鋪了嗎對吧。</p>
<p>
所以，今天和大家分享實體店如何讓用戶最大化的玩法，如何通過線上和線下完美結合讓你每一天都賺錢，即使你的實體店關門也能賺錢，這一整套的玩法我曾經建議過一個老闆這樣玩，也和很多人說過，但是很多人不能理解這套玩法。這種玩法我相信未來會越來越多，看懂的偷偷在數錢，看不懂的繼續掙扎。</p>
<p>
那麼這究竟是一套什麼樣的模式呢，實體店的老闆如何玩轉這套模式呢?今天就通過一個咖啡館的案例讓大家徹底瞭解這套模式的威力。</p>
<p>
有一個老闆用北歐的風格搞了一個咖啡館，經營咖啡和餐點，從裝修的風格到咖啡館的產品原材料都是原裝進口的，包括一些桌椅啊，燈具，咖啡，甚至是烘焙的技術等等都。主要面對的是中高端的人羣，具備一定的消費能力的用戶。</p>
<p>
那麼這就是他們把產品做到極致的第一步，僅靠這些就能吸引一部分的用戶，按照正常的傳統模式來說，他們就應該靠咖啡和餐點賺錢，或者是通過低價的咖啡吸引用戶消費餐點賺錢。反正地面店就應該靠店裏產品賺錢，這是一個再正常不過的模式了。</p>
<p>
但是他們並沒有這麼做，並不滿足於店面產品的利潤，而是引進一些北歐的產品，比如一些北歐很有特色品牌杯子餐具，傢俱，水晶飾品，甚至是手錶，包包等等。把這產品直接陳列在咖啡館裏面，當用戶看到喜歡的可以直接下單購買。</p>
<p>
所以，有些人本來是進來喝杯咖啡的，結果出來的時候花費了上萬快，因爲一邊喝咖啡一般看這些北歐的產品，越看越喜歡，最後直接買了。即使你第一次看不上任何的產品，也沒關係，因爲這裏的咖啡和餐點吸引着你，來的次數多了，最後還是會產生購買。</p>
<p>
所以，後來他們發現，專門來這裏喝咖啡的人最多，佔50%以上，來這裏喫餐點的和直接購買產品的人不多，但是營收剛好相反，商品的營收竟然超過了50%，因爲很多喝咖啡的用戶直接購買了產品。甚至有時候遇到爆款產品，商品的營收超過90%，非常讓人震撼的一組數據。這個是很多實體店經營者根本沒有想過的事情，一個賣咖啡的竟然靠其他的商品營收超過50%。</p>
<p>
所以這就是一種把空間最大化，把用戶價值最大化，因爲一個喝咖啡的用戶一定還有另外的需求，圍繞着這些用戶的需求，你給他們提供對應的產品滿足他們。</p>
<p>
所以，到這裏你說他是開咖啡館的好像不對啊，他賣商品賺的錢比咖啡多啊，但是你說他是賣商品的，好像也不對啊，他店裏面明明賣的是咖啡和餐點的。</p>
<p>
那麼，到這裏就結束了嗎?如果說到這裏，那僅僅是線下的一種玩法，而且不能達到店鋪關門了還能賺錢，所以還有一個線上的結合。</p>
<p>
那麼，他們是如何把線上和線下完美結合的呢?</p>
<p>
他們在線上搞了一個公衆號，然後不定期分享一些北歐的生活，各種各樣北歐的文化，爲你輸送各種各樣的北歐乾貨，通過這些乾貨不斷轉化用戶購買產品，同時建立一個線上的微店，上面賣一什麼呢?賣家居傢俱，沙發，潮品，一些音響，耳塞數碼，杯子盤子，咖啡豆咖啡杯，甚至是包包和襪子都有，甚至還要保健品等等太多了，完全一個北歐控的風格。</p>
<p>
但是如果把這些產品都放在實體店不太現實，所以，線上就是一個完美的平臺。所以，他們不僅線下賺錢，還把線下流量導入到線上，結合公衆號+商城的模式繼續賺錢。所以，你可能看到他的生意並不是很火爆，但是他卻能輕鬆賺幾百萬。</p>
<p>
即使實體店今天不營業同樣可以賺錢，因爲用戶在線上就可以下單購買產品啊。所以這就是一整套線下和線上結合的賺錢模式。線下爲線上商城導流量，同時線上也爲線下地面店導流量。很多人搞地推，不就是讓線下爲線上導流量麼?很多實體店在線上的公衆號做廣告，不就是線上爲線下導流量麼?所以，爲什麼現在有有一些線上的巨頭開始不斷的開線下實體店，因爲這兩個是可以完美結合的。</p>
<p>
對於他們來說線下的咖啡是一個重複消費的產品，可以爲他們持續不斷的帶來用戶，但是真正賺錢的卻是後端的商品。即使某一天他的咖啡店不幹了，他們仍然可以賺錢，因爲線上的公衆號有大量的用戶啊，這些用戶持續消費就可以持續賺錢，但是很多實體店的老闆，請問你自己，如果明天你的實體店關門了，後天你還能賺錢嗎?</p>
<p>
所以，你會發現，他們的咖啡店不僅僅是咖啡店，也是一個品牌的代購店，同時也是一個品牌的展示店，還是一個品牌的專賣店，甚至還是一些北歐的文化社羣店。這就是用一種平臺的思維做一個咖啡店，用一種平臺思維經營一個實體店。</p>
<p>
把門店變成一個流量的入口，就像很多人燒廣告費獲取用戶，而他們就是燒實體店獲取用戶，一般來說用戶在實體店消費完以後就結束了，但是，他們的玩法竟是讓你在實體店消費完以後，回家坐在沙發上繼續消費，365天每一天都有可能賣給你產品，而後端的產品全部都是淨利潤，不需要花費一分錢做廣告吸引用戶。</p>
<p>
你看不懂了嗎?雖然對於很多的實體店來說不能做到都是進口對吧，但是你只要尋找和用戶相關的或者目標客戶相關的產品就可以了。</p>
<p>
所以他們這種就是一種經營用戶的思維，用極致的產品來吸引用戶，再結合其他的產品滿足用戶其他的消費需求，在有限的空間裏做到營收最大化。</p>
