	<a href="https://www.gafei.com/guixiakafei/20170704105937.html">瑰夏(Geisha)</a>的種是在1931年從埃塞俄比亞的瑰夏森林裏發現的，然後送到肯尼亞的咖啡研究所；1936年引進到烏干達和坦桑尼亞，1953年哥斯達黎加引進，巴拿馬是1970年代由洞巴七農園的弗朗西可.塞拉新先生從哥斯達黎加的CATIE分到種子然後開始種植<a href="https://www.gafei.com/guixiakafei/2016120588549.html">瑰夏咖啡</a>，因爲產量極低並要參與競標，這款豆子可以說來之不易。</div>

	　　早年對於頂級咖啡的認定多是跟着日本走，咖啡中的一王一後牙買加藍山和夏威夷可那，但隨着咖啡產國的水準不斷提升和信息共享化，使我們接觸到更多的精品咖啡。咖啡生豆具有非常漂亮的藍綠色，玉石般的溫潤質感,聞起來有新鮮的青草香、桃子味、漿果氣息和大部分咖啡豆不具備的烏龍茶特有的奶香甜味，看來香氣和味道這種東西是很需要配合聯想的，但淡淡的茶氣是我們明顯能感覺到的。</div>

	　　一直以來並沒有太多人關注瑰夏，直到有一天，巴拿馬的艾斯米拉達莊園將它從其他品種中分離了出來，並一舉打入了全國咖啡大賽冠軍。當然，現在這些都是舊聞了。一些小型的農場也得到了瑰夏種，並且躍躍欲試的也想要種出他們自己的<a href="https://www.gafei.com/guixiakafei/20170704105937.html">瑰夏</a>。</div>

	　　幹香：茶香、花香（玉蘭花、鬱金香）香草植物、奶香、黑糖甜、高級香檳且香氣上揚。</div>

	　　啜吸：油質感佳,細緻的梨山特等茶感,高級白酒澀但隨即轉成細膩滑順的Body充滿口腔。</div>

	　　莓果糖果及香料甜交錯着,並伴隨花香湧出,餘韻充滿花香,果甜及body相當持久,溫度越低,酸質越是細膩。</div>

	　　Geisha發音同於日文的藝妓，故又有個別稱爲<a href="https://www.gafei.com/guixiakafei/20180813122496.html">藝妓咖啡</a>;因爲樹種較一般咖啡樹高，原本是種植於該莊園內某個小區域內，被當作防風林來利用。而莊園主人的兒子爲了參加一年一次的巴拿馬最優咖啡競賽，遍尋莊園內所有的咖啡樹種來做測試，才讓Geisha有機會粉墨登場;之後也參加了各項世界性咖啡競賽，總共奪得十一次冠軍。</div>
