根據統計，臺灣黑金市場高達700億元，相較於美國、韓國年平均消耗咖啡量，臺灣仍有3倍成長空間，顯示咖啡市場發展潛力高。全家便利商店今（17）日宣佈Let’s Café首家旗艦店開幕，不僅導入全新專利的咖啡機，更首賣與星巴克相同等級的輕食，預期可吸引更多年輕族羣，整體咖啡業績可望成長2成；7-ELEVEN則是自去年開始投資6億元在咖啡及茶飲設備上，今年更積極強化行動精品咖啡結構，目前CITY CAFE銷售杯數已達近3.2億杯。</div>

全家便利商店Let’s Café去年底率超商之先開賣單品咖啡，已創造200萬杯、1.5億元的佳績，內部數據分析也發現，黑金咖啡與白金面包甜點的並買率高達3成。看好臺灣的咖啡市場，全家將位於臺北市仁愛圓環的門市改造爲Let’s Café首家旗艦店，從“咖啡、輕食、空間”3方位思考設計，瞄準對咖啡品質、餐飲生活更講究的客層，未來也將視顧客反應及門市空間可改造性，擴展旗艦店數，預期今年整體咖啡銷售可望來到1.2億杯，營收希望再成長2成。</div>

這間店特別瞄準了都會客層對於咖啡品味、輕食空間的需求下手。在咖啡品味上，除了導入單品豆、以手衝製程設計要價百萬的專業機臺，冰咖啡也獨家導入UCC全球專利的泡沫咖啡機，第一波導入的單品豆，包括耶加雪菲、黃金曼特寧、阿里山。</div>

在輕食部分，據瞭解，全家導入的12款輕食，是與星巴克同一家供應商，同樣在店內使用微波烤箱加熱，但是價格相對親民，比起星巴克大約便宜2成，以起司牛肉可頌來說，星巴克一份賣85元、全家賣的牛肉起司可頌一份賣70元，甚至搭配單品咖啡還可折10元，價格差了25元。</div>

在座位方面，首家Let’s Café旗艦店共設有48個座席，提供免費網路與充電插座，以沙發、高吧桌、大長桌混搭成隨心所欲的咖啡館氣氛，全外觀、內部氛圍來看，宛如就是一間咖啡廳。以全家的說法，他們“反客爲主”，要給消費者“咖啡店裏有便利商店”的新鮮感。</div>

至於7-ELEVEN，現煮咖啡品牌CITY CAFE目前銷售杯數已達近3.2億杯，去年開始便投資6億元在咖啡及茶飲設備上，今年更積極強化行動精品咖啡結構，陸續開發獨家商品，成功帶動話題，購買客層以有經濟能力、注重生活品味的25到40歲的男女上班族爲主。另外，7-ELEVEN也從2016年開始，將現煮咖啡延伸到現萃茶飲，目前全臺共855店，除了滿足現有主力客層的多樣化選擇外，更希望吸引高中生、大學生等年輕族羣，甚至是不喝咖啡的新來客，強化專賣店形象。<br />
