經濟日報-中國經濟網北京11月2日訊（記者周琳）新華・雲南（普洱）咖啡價格指數日前在北京正式發佈，新華社副社長兼祕書長劉正榮、雲南省副省長張國華等出席。價格指數旨在提升雲南省咖啡品牌影響力和國際知名度，爲政府監測、科學種植、貿易決策提供風向標、晴雨表和避雷針。該指數由中國經濟信息社、雲南省普洱市人民政府、雲南省國際咖啡交易中心共同編制併發布。指數體系涵蓋“新華・雲南（普洱）綜合價格指數”和“新華・雲南（普洱）單品價格指數”，樣本選取咖啡豆生豆，區域覆蓋雲南省普洱、德宏、保山、臨滄、西雙版納五個咖啡主要產區。</div>

張國華說，目前雲南佔全國咖啡種植面積和總產量的98%以上，是我國最大的咖啡種植地、貿易集散地和出口地。咖啡產業發展迫切需要制定一套權威性強、影響面廣、公正性高的價格指數體系，通過提供真實、靈敏、系統的價格信息，反映咖啡產業變化趨勢的晴雨和風向，以此強化政策規劃的預見能力和市場運行的預警能力，促進產業平穩健康發展。咖啡價格指數的發佈，將有力推動雲南咖啡產業鏈延伸升級和產業精準扶貧。</div>

劉正榮表示，一批獨具雲南特色的產業目前已經形成品牌集羣效應，享譽中外，這其中就包括被稱爲“香咖啡”的雲南“小粒咖啡”。新華・雲南（普洱）咖啡價格指數的發佈，符合雲南咖啡在全國咖啡產業的地位，符合產業代表性，未來必將在價格指導、市場引導等方面發揮重要參考價值，必將有益於雲南咖啡產業的發展和影響力的提升，有益於邊疆少數民族咖啡種植農戶的增收，同時也將有益於我國咖啡市場良性有序的發展。</div>

“項目組親赴雲南省普洱市、保山市、西雙版納州、德宏州等重點咖啡種植區域進行深入調研，先後建立了10餘個信息採集點，最終將指數指標體系從原有的15項擴充至60餘項。指數不僅能爲政府提供宏觀決策依據，也能爲廠商購銷提供價格指引，更直接服務於咖農增產增收。” 普洱市常務副市長鬍國雲說。</div>

運行結果顯示，自基期（2017年11月3日）以來，新華・雲南（普洱）咖啡綜合價格指數呈震盪下行態勢。2018年10月12日，指數報812.69點，較前一期下跌3.59點，相比基期（1000點）下跌187.31點，跌幅18.73%。分析認爲，我國咖啡價格下跌主要受國際咖啡市場價格下跌影響。</div>

運行結果還顯示，高品質咖啡豆溢價空間較大，抗跌能力強。與基期相比，10月12日，精品二級咖啡豆價格小幅上漲3.72%，其餘品種下跌幅度均超過10%，其中商業三級及以下咖啡豆跌幅逾25%。這顯示，培育高品質咖啡豆是未來產業發展的方向。</div>
