						　　2月6日消息，中國最大的餐飲運營公司百勝中國公佈其2018第四季度及全年財報，除去外幣折算差異，百勝中國第四季度總收入爲19.1億美元，同比增長7％，系統銷售額同比增長6%。經營利潤同比增長84%，達到8400萬美元，均高於分析師預期。</div>

						　　&ldquo;不考慮匯率影響，我們在第四季度實現了6％的系統銷售額增長，這是我們自分拆以來連續第九個季度實現系統銷售增長，&rdquo;百勝中國首席執行官屈翠容（Joey Wat）表示，&ldquo;這一有力增長得益於新店加速開張以及肯德基的強勁表現。肯德基在本季度實現了3％的同店銷售額增長和9％的系統銷售額增長。本季度必勝客的銷售仍然乏力，但我們欣喜地看到必勝客同店客流量增長了1％，顧客反響也趨良好 。&rdquo;</div>

						　　根據國家統計局數據，2018年全國社會消費品零售總額增速持續放緩，出現自2004年以來的首次個位數增長。百勝中國並未受困於餐飲行業的不景氣，以驚人的速度擴張開店，2018年開出超800家餐廳，平均每天開店兩家以上，這是百勝中國歷史上第二高的年度新增店數。截至2018年底，百勝中國在國內1200多個城市擁有8400多家餐廳。</div>

						　　截至2018年底，肯德基和必勝客會員數量合共超過1.8億。在一年一度盛大的&ldquo;雙十一&rdquo;和&ldquo;雙十二&rdquo;活動期間，肯德基和必勝客均表現優異，GMV在天貓和口碑食品服務類別中分別排名第一，成功帶動了品牌的增量銷售。12月必勝客推出了家庭尊享卡來吸引其以家庭爲代表的核心消費羣體，該會員計劃在試行期就爲品牌帶去了消費頻次的顯著增加。這些舉措都體現了百勝中國線上線下整合營銷的巨大潛力以及強大的數字化業務轉化能力。憑藉龐大的會員基礎，廣泛的數字化生態系統和大量的交易數據，讓品牌對顧客有深入的瞭解，並且將持續不斷地尋找新機會來轉化這些洞見。</div>

						　　外賣業務依然是百勝中國的一個關鍵銷售增長點，幫助公司更好地迎合中國消費者不斷變化的用餐習慣。屈翠容介紹，百勝中國採用混合型外賣戰略：通過第三方平臺獲取訂單，再通過自有騎手送餐。此戰略在幫助品牌從第三方平臺獲取流量的同時能夠確保外送質量，解決在用餐高峯期，特別是春節期間的配送穩定性。在經歷將近兩年的整合過程，百勝中國宣佈在12月完成了對休閒餐廳和宅急送業務的整合。更清晰的品牌定位及更好的營銷和運營效率已初顯優勢。截至去年底，必勝客外賣所有訂單已經全部轉由自有騎手配送，而三季度時所披露的自配送訂單比例爲55%。除此之外，必勝客還借鑑肯德基，推出了外賣尊享計劃。該計劃成功幫助兩個品牌獲取了更高頻次的尊享會員外賣訂單。目前，百勝中國的外賣業務已覆蓋全國1118個城市，佔本季度公司銷售額的19%。</div>
