1月23日-1月25日，第四屆中國芒市(國際)咖啡文化節在“中國咖啡之鄉”德宏州舉行。來自全球20多個國家和地區，國內10多個省市300多位咖啡行業人士齊聚芒市。</p>
<p>
1月24日開幕式上，文化節組委會啓動浪漫的“後谷咖啡之旅”水晶球。採摘體驗中，賓客參與“演繹‘吻初’'咖啡的前世今生”、“國際咖啡商務論壇”等活動。</p>
<p>
千人演繹“吻初”咖啡——你的純 脣知道</p>
<p>
當人們提起中國咖啡、雲南咖啡時，就得提起中國雲南大理賓川遙遠的小山村——朱苦拉，100多年前，法國傳教士田德能神父在這裏種下中國大陸第一株咖啡樹，隨後的日子，咖啡成林。咖啡紅時，如何採摘、加工，在那個沒有工業文明的時代，朱苦拉村村民如何加工、製作咖啡呢?</p>
<p>
原來，朱苦拉彝族少女、少男們承擔了咖啡採摘和加工的主要工作：每年春節前後，咖啡紅時像櫻桃，少男少女們把採摘來的咖啡，用嘴脫皮，再把脫皮的帶殼咖啡進行晾曬，隨後用石臼舂，用簸箕篩，精選出的咖啡再用雞油焙炒，再用石磨磨細，各家各戶分得一定數量的焙炒粉，作爲待客的尊貴飲品。喝着咖啡、喫着核桃，大塊喫肉、大碗喝酒。百年前的彝家小寨朱苦拉，就是這般模樣。現在的朱苦拉，依舊保留着百年前的模樣，朱苦拉，依舊是中國目前全村村民家家戶戶喝咖啡的唯一偏遠的小山村。</p>
<p>
咖啡像愛情——浪漫、溫馨，而朱苦拉咖啡最初的製作，飽含了少男少女們的“初吻”，有咖啡愛好者提出，就把這樣的咖啡製作取個名字“吻初咖啡”吧。</p>
<p>
在第四屆芒市國際咖啡文化節舉辦期間，在後谷咖啡一號咖啡莊園，千名少男、少女將演繹“吻初”咖啡的前世今生。</p>
<p>
國際咖啡商務論壇——融智 融商 通融天下</p>
<p>
近年來，雲南咖啡產業快速發展，咖啡企業茁壯成長。截止目前，雲南咖啡種植面積超過160萬畝，但云南咖啡目前還處於粗放的發展階段，咖啡的種植、加工、貿易、品牌建設還處於初級階段。</p>
<p>
在第四屆芒市(國際)咖啡文化期間，舉辦了“國際咖啡商務論壇”，來自20多個國家和地區的商客一同商討雲南咖啡產業發展。論壇期間，來自德國、老撾、越南、新加坡以及上海、四川等地的代表紛紛上臺發言、交流。</p>
<p>
論壇緊緊圍繞中國咖啡未來發展走向以及促進咖啡消費爲主，各代表出謀劃策，紛紛提出自己的意見和建議。對於咖啡消費引導問題，雲南咖啡行業協會會長熊相人認爲：“消費引導很重要。”</p>
<p>
面對當前咖啡現狀，論壇上，與會嘉賓共同探討中國咖啡館如何成長、中國咖啡館目前最真實的現狀，作爲中國咖啡消費最前沿的咖啡館，如何引導咖啡消費、傳播咖啡知識和文化，如何更好的生存和發展。(記者 李映青 實習生 時文枝‍)</p>
