<span style="font-size:16px;"> 檢測發現，所有的51件奶茶中均含有咖啡因，每杯奶茶中平均含量達到270mg。其中，含量最高的一杯奶茶是樂堂口原味手工拉茶（無糖），咖啡因含量達428mg/杯，相當於4杯中杯美式咖啡或8罐紅牛。</span></div>

<span style="font-size:16px;"> 上海市營養食品質檢站曹琥靚指出，咖啡因一般在咖啡、濃茶等飲料中存在，健康成人單次攝入量最好不超過200mg。孕婦和兒童等人羣不宜過多攝入，否則會引起類似焦慮的症狀，如心悸、震顫、睡眠紊亂等。</span></div>

<span style="font-size:16px;"> 而且，在27家奶茶鋪中，僅有一家對“孕婦過多飲用”有模糊提示，其餘所有奶茶均未對奶茶含有咖啡因進行任何提示。</span></div>

<span style="font-size:16px;"> 真相二：說是“無糖”卻“有糖”</span></div>

<span style="font-size:16px;"> 糖分含量也是各種網紅奶茶忽悠消費者的另一問題。所有號稱“無糖”的奶茶，經檢測均發現實際含有糖分。</span></div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-size:16px;"> 在27件正常甜度奶茶中，含糖量介於每杯11克至62克之間，平均含糖量爲每杯34克。含糖量最高的“人在茶在”，一杯絲襪奶茶的含糖量竟相當於14塊方糖，遠遠超過《中國居民膳食指南2016》中規定的“每天糖的攝入量不超過50G，最好控制在25G以下”的建議。</span></div>

<span style="font-size:16px;"> 而“無糖”也不代表真正沒有糖分。20件宣稱無糖的樣品，竟全都有糖分測出，平均糖含量2.4G/100ML，最低也有1.2G/100ML。其中，LELECHA、希望先生、卡旺卡和喜茶等品牌的4件“無糖”產品，含糖量在5G/100ML到3.3G/100ML之間，比某些正常甜度樣品的含糖量都高。雖然國家對現制飲料的無糖飲料沒有現行標準，但參照預包裝飲料《GB28050-2011預包裝食品營養標籤通則》，無糖飲料糖含量應小於等於0.5G/100ML，20件樣品都不符合。</span></div>

<span style="font-size:16px;"> 對反式脂肪酸一項檢測中，又顯示明顯過高。其中，“卡旺卡”品牌的兩款奶茶，以及“阿姨奶茶”品牌的兩款奶茶，蛋白質偏低和反式脂肪酸含量偏高的問題尤其突出。</span></div>

<span style="font-size:16px;"> 對此，專家分心認爲，這兩項指標失衡，說明商家可能並沒有用“真材實料”，牛奶的原料上很可能用了奶精之類的代替。</span></div>

<span style="font-size:16px;"> 對此，消保委提醒商家，應對原材料嚴格把關，瞭解加工工藝的效果，標明奶茶的成分含量及不適用人羣。奶茶中咖啡因含量可能會很高，兒童、孕婦、高血壓、心臟病患者等特殊人羣應避免過量飲用。此外，奶蓋脂肪含量較高，需控制體重者也應適當飲用。</span></div>
