	　　對老房子情有獨鍾的19歲大二生陳柏翰，爲延續鄉下古厝生命，去年從桃園隻身搬遷屏東高樹鄉，重新整修祖父母留下的伙房，將閒置空間搖身一變成爲咖啡廳，期望遊客放慢步調，利用一杯咖啡或一壺茶時間，走讀莊頭歷史，享受舊宅優美。</p>
<p>
	　　客家三合院的伙房，融合臺灣在地人文環境，遷就不同於閩粵原鄉的高溫潮溼氣候風土，發展出不同於大陸土樓或圍樓的伙房建築。</p>

	<strong>　　集資50萬 動手整修</strong></p>
<p>
	　　陳柏翰說，每逢年節長假，家人都會帶着他南下過節，在三合院的禾埕跳格子、玩跳繩，恣意奔跑，是童年中最快樂的回憶;4年前再回到古厝，發現屋頂瓦片搖搖欲墜，親戚提出改建，讓他暗下決定要搶救這棟老房子。</p>
<p>
	　　18歲大學聯考結束，考上自己第一志願屏科大，也順理成章搬回古厝居住，並集資50萬元，開始動手整修，耗時一年時間，老伙房有了新風貌，一間隱身在三合院內的咖啡屋悄悄開張。</p>
<p>
	<strong>　　延續鄉下古厝生命</strong></p>
<p>
	　　在課餘時間，他另一個身分就是咖啡廳老闆，咖啡跟茶也是自己的興趣，他說自己正在挑戰在沒有課業與工作的同時，如何靠着興趣活下去，目前每天僅能接到2至3組客人，離獲利還有很長一條路要走，但他努力朝着目標邁進，最令他欣慰地是，看到這伙房能以不同樣貌繼續存在下一個50年。</p>
<p>
	　　咖啡廳座落大路觀聚落，陳柏翰說，他希望來到這裏的遊客不只是走馬看花，而是瞭解地方人文歷史，這裏有石獅公、有豐厚客家文化，短暫停下腳步、放鬆心情，可以看到老房子散發濃濃的古味。</p>
