根據我們的研究,中國是傳統的茶葉生產大國,同時也是世界上唯一的烏龍茶、普洱茶的生產和出口國,以及世界上最大的綠茶生產國和出口國。目前,中國整體的茶葉市場在 3000 億人民幣,茶飲市場在 756 億人民幣左右,從數字上來看,現階段中國茶葉以及茶飲市場還尚未達到千億美金規模。那長遠來看的增長空間如何呢?</p>

一方面,雖然中國是茶葉消耗大國,但根據國際糧農組織的數據,中國人均茶葉消費量僅位列全球 20 位左右,遠低於土耳其、愛爾蘭、英國等茶葉消耗大國,和中國香港、臺灣等具有相同文化背景的地區相比也具有較大差距。</p>
